What payment methods do you accept??What currencies do you accept?
As I am based in France all commissions are priced and invoiced in EUR (€)If you prefer to pay in USD, PLN or another currency, that's completely fine! PayPal will automatically handle the currency conversion for youPlease note: Currency conversion may involve additional fees or a less favorable exchange rate set by PayPal. Do you offer custom figurines?Yes!
I offer custom figurines based on your specifications.Whether you need a unique character or a specific design, feel free to reach out with your idea, and we can create something special for you

What type of printing technology do you use?I always use high-quality photopolymer resin designed for 3D printing.
This resin ensures fine details and durability for the figurines.Maybe someday, I'll also start using FDM filament for printing

What type of resin do you use for your figurines?I often change the brand of resinI am currently in the exploration stage.
I’m constantly experimenting and adjusting the settings to find the optimal parameters for the best results.

GENERAL➛ I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel uncomfortable with the request or if I believe I cannot execute it properly.➛ My artwork is 100% digital. No physical items will be shipped.

PAYMENTS / CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY➛ Full payment is required upfront before I begin working on your commission. Payments are only accepted via PayPal (Invoice Only) and must be made in Euros
DON'T PAID UNTIL I'VE AGREED TO GRANT YOU A SLOT AND ASKED YOU TO SEND ME THE MONEY➛ PayPal can convert your money to another currency, which may incur a slightly higher transaction cost as an additional fee.➛ You have 48 hour deadline to fully pay the commission (or first payment if we stablish a payment plan). If payment is not received within that timeframe, the commission will be canceled and may be resold.➛ When commissions are open, you can reserve a slot for free. Payment will be due when I begin working on your commission. If you are on the waiting list, you may cancel your slot at any time with no fees. However, if I have already received your payment, please refer to the refund policy below➛ You can request a full refund before I started the commission. But if the commission is already started and you have received updates, there won’t be any refundsThe only exceptions are:- If I am unable to complete or begin the commission for any reason.
In this case you will receive a full refund.

WORKING PROCESSS :➛ First Contact me via Instagram DMs with all necessary details (send me your references pose, expression, outfit, theme) or if you want artistic freedom.➛ Once the payment is received, I will begin your commission.➛ I need between 2 weeks to 1 month to finish your commission➛ I will provide a sketch for approval before moving forward with coloring.➛ I will not accept big changes after sketching phase, very small changes are accepted, so make sure you like the sketch➛ Major changes or unspecified extras/details will be charged. Please check if everything is in order before the lineart stage.➛ You will be given up to one week to respond back to my messages about your progression of commission, if you do not reply back within that time frame, your commission will be canceled, no refunds, and you may be blacklisted. (Unless you’ve informed me in advance of any delays) Please let me know if you can't exchange with me during this period

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY➛ All commissions are for personal use only unless explicitly agreed otherwise.➛ For Commercial use, please discuss with me prior or after purchasing➛ As an artist. I maintain all rights to my work and I may use it for my needs. So I retain the right to post the commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials, unless we agree otherwise.➛ No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token). My commissioned and pre-existing work, cannot be minted into an NFT by a commissioner or anyone elseAs a commissioner YOU CAN:➛Share your commission online
But you must credit me (@Dragokina) as the artist whenever the art is used and showcased.➛ Print it for personal use.
As long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.➛ Use it as an avatar/banner on social mediaYou are NOT ALLOWED to:➛ Claim my commission piece as your own.➛ You may NOT make any profits off the commission piece (reseling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, creating prints for sale etc... (in any form)➛ Remove my watermark or signature.➛ Use my work in any AI-generated content or NFTs.➛ Modify, trace, or edit my work without permission.➛ Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially
(this means making money of it in any way) if we didn't arrange it before.
